Ascot’s flagship Bitter pours a rich copper colour with a sweet malt taste and toffee notes. This is perfectly balanced with the hops providing a sharp bitterness, with a strong citrus and tropical fruit aromas.
Virtuoso is a deep amber ale with a pleasant hoppy aroma. Chocolate and Double Roasted Crystal malts give a subtle roast malt character which is beautifully balanced against the tropical and citrus fruit notes from the Simcoe and Motueka hops. Complex, subtle and expertly crafted; a symphony in a glass created by Rebellion’s virtuoso brewers.
